Although my post today is a major departure from my normal leadership posts, it moved me so much and is such an intelligent and thought provoking speech, I just had to share it.

Although this TED talk is about the love parents have for their children, it is also, on another level, about acceptance of others who are fundamentally 'different' from ourselves, which is undoubtedly a pivotal trait to embrace when leading an organisation or team.

It is brilliantly delivered and an inspirational weekend watch...I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
