A highly customised programme

Pivot High Performance Programme for senior leadership teams is a highly customised programme which identifies your senior leadership team’s current strengths and weaknesses and through a series of interventions, workshops and ongoing support and development, drives your senior leadership team to become a high performing one.

Drawing upon proven leadership methodologies such as Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, The Wilson Learning Social Styles Inventory and other leadership research, as well as Suzi’s 20 years’ own methodologies and experience working with senior leadership teams, Suzi works with your leadership team over the course of 12 months.

Through the Pivot Programme, you will

  • Define your senior leadership team’s purpose and ensure buy in and clarity to that purpose for each member
  • Identify individual and group strengths and ensure your senior leadership team is working to capitalise on these strengths
  • Work with the team to identify and address group and individual weaknesses and unproductive behaviours

  • Implement positive team processes, norms and principles.
